There are four membership levels, including the Best Fins: Dual Plan, Shark Shiver: Family Plan, Shark Shiver +: Ultimate Family Plan, and Shark Supporter: Ultimate Plan +. Details of each level listed above.

You can purchase a membership either online or in person during your visit to the Shark Center. If purchasing online, please visit our membership page (link new site) and click the “become a member” tab to see the options to purchase. If purchasing during your visit, ask a staff member at the front desk to assist.

Upon purchasing a membership, the new member will receive a confirmation email shortly after the time of purchase that will contain their ID code. We strongly encourage you to screenshot, print, or save the email for future reference.

Each of the membership plans are valid for one year. You can find your membership expiration date on your membership email.

You can renew your membership either online or with the assistance of a staff member. If renewing online, visit the membership purchase page (add link) and select your existing membership type for renewal. Before purchasing, click the “Are you a member?” link, enter your member ID, and provide the contact information associated with your membership. Please use the email linked to your current member ID. Then complete the booking flow and the system will recognize the booking as a membership renewal.

Yes, memberships can be purchased as a gift. When purchasing a membership, answer “yes” when prompted whether the membership is a gift and fill out the corresponding name that the gift is for. The member code would be still sent in confirmation email to who purchased and they can share it to who is receiving the gift.

To redeem a membership that you were gifted, reference the confirmation email that contains your member ID code that you were forwarded. When you are ready to book using your new membership, use the member code you received to enter when prompted on your online booking or inform Shark Center staff at check-in for your visit.

Having a membership does not guarantee admission, especially during peak season (July and August). We strongly recommend reserving a time slot in advance.

When making a reservation, there will be a “are you a member” link on the booking page where you can enter your membership ID to activate your member benefits.

Yes, if the membership is purchased the same day as admission.

No, the named membership holder must be present when using the membership benefits.

Shark Center memberships are nonrefundable and are not transferable. Proceeds from this membership help support AWSC’s mission.

You are not required to have made a reservation in advance to use your membership benefits. However, simply having a membership does not guarantee admission, especially during peak season (July and August). We always strongly recommend reserving a time slot in advance if able. If you misplace your membership ID code, email sharkcenter@atlanticwhiteshark.org or visit the front desk during opening hours to request staff to lookup your membership plan via the name or phone number attached to the plan.
