Leslie Reynolds is a 30-year National Park Service (NPS) employee and an experienced manager. She is presently the Deputy Superintendent at Cape Cod National Seashore where she serves as a key leader on the park’s management team and oversees all aspects of park operations. Previously, she gained wide-ranging experience serving for eight years as the chief ranger of Cape Cod National Seashore and previously as chief ranger of Shenandoah National Park. In addition, Leslie served as Valley District Ranger in Yosemite National Park and held numerous other field leadership positions within the Visitor & Resource Protection Division of the NPS. Throughout her career she has worked in emergency services roles to include law enforcement, emergency medicine, search and rescue, and risk management in many large complex organizations such as Yosemite and Grand Canyon National Parks. Leslie serves on the Cape Cod regional shark working group focusing on public safety education to empower individuals to take proactive measures to ensure their safety and the safety of others in the marine environment.
